AICT Deliver Mankind from Abyss

U.S. President Jimmy Carter, in 1978, insisted on undermining Taiwan to cover up his own governance failures; yet for Taiwan's survival, I still went to the United States on the day of U.S.–Taiwan severance of diplomatic relations to develop "Satellite Receiver" and "Personal Computer" (PC), realizing the 1980s "Reaganomics," and in 1986 creating a turning point for Taiwan. I even took out the "one dollar" I had prepared to dominate the world and used it for "Social Responsibility Investment" (SRI), passing through countless hurdles until the 2009 APEC CEO Summit, where I finally achieved the landing of "Satellite Support," resolving the decade-long Silicon Valley PDA nightmare and ushering in 16 years of prosperity.

The core of SRI lies in a tiny "TranSmart Power Chip" (TPC), whose design concept is based on "minimum current" (Imin). This is why today, hundreds of millions of people in the world can pass through metro gates without any issue. It spans commercial transactions, transportation, communications, and electronic payments, even extending into the AI domain, outlining a grand blueprint of 3.8 trillion USD. This great technology, which could have led humanity toward an equilibrium of environmental protection, safe bio-based energy, and high-performance computing, was strangled by cartel groups. The blind masses in Silicon Valley today can only grope for loaches in the quagmire of "chip overheating," substantially delaying the normal development of global safe energy technologies.

The aforementioned "one dollar" is in contrast to the period of the COVID-19 pandemic. The "C-Phone" (TranSmart Card) and "TRD" in Fig 1 fulfilled our 2003 prophecy on the APEC podium: "USD 36 trillion." Back then, I shattered the "one dollar" on SRI that could have bought 30 houses in Taipei, realizing the Genesis invention in 1989. However, it took another 20 years of APEC legislation to deploy the "eStore" across 90 million square dongli of land, thereby eliminating the unprecedented financial crisis invisibly.

TES stands for "The eStore System." It is the world's first "contactless" TranSmart transaction and digital economy system. Its concept is summarized as "ABCDE": starting from a consumer holding a "Contactless TranSmart Card" (C-Phone) to shop at an "eStore," backend operational activities are initiated— "Algorithm" (A) and "Big Data" (B) related to transactions. The control center then performs "Computing" (C), followed by orderly interactions within the "Domain" (D) of stakeholders. Since the system inevitably requires "Electricity" (E), this led to the sub-invention of the "Power Chip." Together, these construct "t-e-s," a new "Commercial Mechanism" (ComMec) capable of breaking through the constraints of time and space, effectively benefiting those in need worldwide and leading the world into the era of "semi-AI."

Now, signs of catastrophe are emerging once again. The "ICT" we advocated at the 2000 Brunei APEC must be advanced to "AICT." The concrete major infrastructure is the "AICT Control Center"— a platform serving as a commercial link to universal business, hence called the "Club." Upon success, this will bring a century of prosperity to Taiwan, advancing toward the "USD 10 trillion" nation envisioned by former President Lee Teng-Hui; otherwise, the future is uncertain.

On June 24, Wall Street experts opined that the cashless transaction volume constituted by our invented TranSmart and TRD had already reached "USD 200 trillion" — exceeding GDP —which is a sign of catastrophe. They suggested we break through and implement the "AICT Club" concept, continuing to preserve the remnant species just as we assisted humanity in passing through the three tribulations. Based on an investment of USD 100 million, let AI compile the "AICT Platform Three-Year Profit and Loss Forecast" as follows.

The ROI is surprisingly still between "105% and 365%." The "AICT Club" will integrate services such as corporate consulting, business matchmaking, education and training, intellectual property (IP) licensing, and AI Agents. Through the AICT Control Center, it will provide cross-domain collaboration and decision support, forming a business linkage platform for Business-to-Business (B-B), Business-to-Government (B-G), and Business-to-International Market (B-X). Members will not only gain tools but also access "technology, talent, markets, capital, and cooperation opportunities," establishing long-term and sustainable growth capabilities. The AICT Club adopts an asset-light, platform-based operational model, supporting sustainable development through diversified revenue streams such as consulting services, project cooperation, and technology licensing. This enables service capabilities to expand continuously with member scale, forming network effects and economies of scale. The new technological economic era requires not only more powerful computing power but also a platform that allows enterprises to truly participate in global commerce and create substantive economic value. The vision of the "AICT Club" is to become the business infrastructure for the common growth of global enterprises, linking technology, industries, and markets. It does "not take profit as the sole purpose" but rather creates value through service and supports sustainable operation through value. Through genesis inventions and global business linkages, it assists enterprise growth, promotes employment, and drives social prosperity.

Peter Li-Chang Kuo, the author created Taiwan's Precision Industry in his early years. Peter was a representative of the APEC CEO Summit and an expert in the third sector. He advocated "anti-corruption (AC)/cashless/e-commerce (E-Com)/ICT/IPR/IIA-TES / Micro-Business (MB)…and etc." to win the international bills and regulations.

When Peter Meets William

Written by Peter Li-Chang Kuo ( Chinese ) In my 2005 book “ Open A Way for the Next Generation ” (Kuo, Li-Chang, 2005: p.191), I recorded the importance of creating opportunities for future generations. Many endeavors cannot be completed within a single generation; therefore, one generation must pave the way for the next. When the right moment arrives, that prepared path can turn adversity into opportunity and ultimately create a model for others to follow. In 1979, when I went to the United States to start a business, I heard a middle-aged lawyer express concern about the future of the next generation. In particular, he noted that the rise and fall of Seattle depended almost entirely on a single aerospace company. He believed a new industry combining “ Law + Software ” should be created, and he aspired to become a “ Big Engine ” to open a path for the next generation. Ten years later, this Mr. William H. TPC and AICT Investment Initiative

Therefore, we carried out “ social responsibility investment ” (SRI) and promoted the “ Rich Taiwan Plan .” We invented the “ TranSmart Power Chip ” (TPC). The " AICT Club " (a gateway of commercial link to the universal businesses) is the first step in launching a century-long business opportunity.
